Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct
DELTA RECORDS SAS (juliomonroy.com)
Last updated: August 4, 2026
By registering for and participating in the Julio Monroy community, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct. This is a space for people who love audio, music, and production to learn, share, and grow together, and these rules keep it useful, safe, and welcoming for everyone. If you do not agree with them, please do not register or take part in the community. These guidelines should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who Can Join
Membership and participation are open to persons aged 18 or older. By joining, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Be Respectful
Treat every member with respect. The following are not allowed:
- harassment, bullying, threats, or personal attacks;
- hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, disability, or any other characteristic;
- trolling, provoking, or deliberately disrupting conversations;
- sharing another person's private or personal information without their consent.
Disagreement is fine and healthy. Do it with respect.
3. Keep It Family-Friendly
Keep content clean and professional. Do not post explicit material, and avoid excessive profanity. This is a shared educational space, so keep it appropriate for a broad, mixed audience.
4. Stay On Topic
This community is focused on audio, music, and production. Keep your posts relevant to those topics and to the group you are posting in. Off-topic content, spam, chain messages, and repetitive self-promotion may be removed.
5. Respect Copyright and Intellectual Property
Respecting creators is part of respecting the community. Please follow these rules:
- Sharing links is welcome.
You may share links to publicly available content — for example, YouTube videos, official song or artist pages, articles, or reference tracks — so the community can listen and discuss. Linking to content hosted on those platforms is allowed, because the material stays on the original platform under its own terms.
- Do not upload or attach copyrighted files.
Do not post downloaded, ripped, or reuploaded songs, stems, samples, videos, or other copyrighted files that you do not have the rights to share. Link to the original source instead.
- Do not redistribute paid or member-only material. Course content, downloads, and resources provided through the membership are for your personal use and may not be shared or sold outside the community.
- Give credit.
When you share someone's work, credit the original creator and link to the source.
- Share your own work freely.
You are always welcome to share music, projects, and material that you created or have the rights to.
6. No Promotion of Illegal or Harmful Activity
Do not use the community to promote, request, or facilitate anything illegal, harmful, or fraudulent. This includes scams, malware, or attempts to buy, sell, or trade pirated material.
7. Moderation and Consequences
We want this to be a positive space, and we will act to protect it. Depending on the situation, we may:
- edit or remove content that breaks these rules;
- issue a warning;
- temporarily restrict or suspend an account;
- permanently remove a member from the community.
Serious or repeated violations — including harassment, sharing pirated material, or unlawful conduct — may result in immediate removal without prior warning. Decisions about moderation are made at our discretion.
8. Reporting
If you see content or behavior that breaks these guidelines, please report it to us at info@deltarecords.net. We review reports and take appropriate action. Do not attempt to retaliate or handle serious issues on your own.
9. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these guidelines from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication, with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued participation in the community means you accept the current version.
